So with a dedicated staff which ignites both qualitative and quantitative feedback with sport design, it allows us to balance our game in a that we are going to be able to keep on doing itwith 100 operators. Now, we're with Operation Grim Sky, at about 42, and also our meta is at a pretty good place. I think that right there's a testament to their dedication and the work that they've been doing, to be certain our match remains balanced, but also fun to playwith.

There was lots of controversy shrouding Lion and buy Rainbow Six Siege Credits Finka, due to their"international" abilities that influenced all players concurrently. Is that something you are still looking into for future Operators?

We learn a lot from all Operators that we release. And it is one of the things where sometimeswe learn things that we have completed that are great and we employ people to other Operators.

[...] You'll never hear any of our balancing team say,"Oh yeah, we got it all perfect." You will never hear us say that. But we're learning and we are constantly improving. And having the ability to take learnings from things we have done in the past and apply that knowledge to future Operators is something which all our game designers are really proficient at doing and it is something we are putting a focus on moving ahead.

Moving onto your current rework of Hereford, and fans to Clubhouse and Consulate. As you are looking back at your past maps, are there errors or design options that you're contemplating, seeing Rainbow Six Siege has evolved?
