Therefore, a virtual assistant needed to be managed by someone so that he does not make any mistakes and bring a bad name to the firm. Here are some important features to follow so that one can manage a virtual assistant.

Day to day communication: Essentially, a virtual assistant require a good communication with the firm he is working. He should have a high standard communication with the commander he is working with. Communicate via messages: A VA who recently joined he may not be a good English communicator so the firm should have a rules and regulations to communicate with instant messages. However there may be chance for the hackers to reveal your secret messages to elsewhere. That’s why a manager need to use a very trustworthy messenger system.

Don’t allow email in-boxing: It will be very disturbing that an employee would send email for their daily works and your in-box may be full with day to day inborn messages. Ask your VA to communicate with you with instant messenger rather then mailing you.

Smart project goals: A VA should set a smart goals every time when they take a new project. If the project is very important then the captain should choose the most experienced employee for the task. It will not be smart move if the team leader gives the charge of an important task to a someone who is just a learner.

Overall, A VA should be managed in a smart way where he will be comfortable and will be able to show his productivity. On that point a VA should be given roam to explore his creativity and professionalism. That is how VA should be managed
