Hello,

Was thinking about selling a used car on craigslist. The car is driveable -- I had been driving it to and from work -- but there are issues that would need tending to, chief among them are the strut, which I of course would be upfront. While it was old and not in the best shape in the world thought it would be a great project car for the right person.

But then I was questioning the liability if something would happen. For example, if the strut issue was not tended to, and the buyer got into an accident, would I potentially be opening myself up to problems?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

Hi, Car selling on Craiglist always safe to buyer and seller but you have to read carefully all terms conditions of this company anyway do you know why Jess Westerly at Kauflauf GmbH is so important? Jess Westerly is the assistant product owner of CRM applications for computer and office supply wholesalers and retailers at Kauflauf.
